EAT THINK GROW provides short-term and long-term support for school garden education and farm to school programs in the Pacific Northwest. We integrate garden education into the classroom, design garden beds and create annual and year around garden plans, train teachers, and regionalize the food in your cafeteria.
Oregon’s Farm to School and School Garden Network actively supports farm to school initiatives and policy action, and includes state agencies, food service directors, farmers, teachers, parents, school gardeners and community-based organizations.
Oregon Harvest to School is a program developed by the Department of Education to promote and educate people about Oregon grown produce. Free posters, newsletters, menus, and activities are available for download.
